Founded in 1996, Wilkes-Green + Hill was the creation of Adrian Wilkes-Green and Nick Hill following a chance meeting in Angel Lane.

Having worked for several years with large corporate agencies, whilst observing the benefits of local independent companies, Wilkes-Green + Hill have taken the best attributes of both: The very best of client service, a unique selling environment and the use of local knowledge to help people move.

To succeed it has been necessary to work harder and smarter than anyone else, whilst retaining the onus on a friendly, honest and professional service. This has stood us in good stead and indeed a large proportion of our business stems from referrals and repeat clients.

We have also been awarded Membership of the prestigious Guild of Property Professionals, a nationwide network of almost 800 leading estate agents, all dedicated to maintaining the very highest standards of professionalism and customer service. This means that we have been judged to have met or exceeded the Guild’s exacting Membership criteria, and in recognition of this achievement has been selected as its sole representative in Penrith.

All our staff have undergone the Trading Standards approved Guild Training and we abide by both their code of conduct and that of NAEA Propertymark.

Wilkes-Green + Hill set out to be an estate agency that has a relaxed ‘family business’ feel with a pleasant welcoming atmosphere.

What makes us different is that we believe that it is important to build a strong relationship with our clients and our primary aim is to ensure that agreed sales see it through to completion with the minimum of disruption.
